GRAND ELEVATION HOTEL, Phnom Penh – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is in a great location, near a variety of shops, restaurants, and groceries. The rooms are simple but effective, clean, and cozy. The service is nice and helpful, although a bit abrupt initially. The dining experience is good for Cambodian buffet but lacks some variety. The location is lovely and convenient for exploring the city.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city, with a bustling atmosphere. My room was a mix of comfort and disappointment. While the beds were comfortable, the presence of dead cockroaches on the floor and dirty bedsheets was quite disgusting. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but one member's unprofessional behavior disrupted the peace every morning with unnecessary noise.
